“Time Light” was a three-week installation at the night art show “LightPlay” by the Rivers of Steel foundation at the historic landmark Carrie Blast Furnaces in Pittsburgh, PA.
It featured artists: Danny Bracken, Ian Brill, Aaron Henderson, Ryder Henry, Lori Hepner, Ricardo Iamuuri, Shohei Katayama, Todd Keebs, Julie Mallis, ProjectileObjects & Alisha Wormsley
I wanted to move shadows for my installation. All the sunrises and sunsets that were cast upon that space. I made something that would illuminate the steel and rust as if years of time were to pass right there before your eyes.
Low light is hard to document, but I captured this as best I could within the space.
