Our Second Live Visuals Meetup Was a Night to Remember

On November 2nd, we held our second annual-ish Pittsburgh Live Visual Performers Meetup at Tech25, and it was an incredible night.

We brought together artists, coders, musicians, and creatives to celebrate all things audiovisual. The room was filled with energy, from live VJ sets and projection mapping to circuit bending and live coding. It was more than just a meetup; it felt like a showcase, a reunion, and a party all rolled into one. It’s moments like these that really show how much Pittsburgh’s experimental arts scene is thriving.

To add to the fun, we held a raffle for everyone who presented their work. We were blown away by the generosity of the companies who provided prizes. A huge thank you to Hercules DJ for a P32DJ, GarageCube for a full MadMapper license, Hexler for TouchViz and TouchOSC licenses, VIDVOX for multiple VDMX6 licenses, and to KodeLife, Isadora, Millumin, and Imimot for sharing licenses for their powerful tools. Your support means the world to this community.

This night truly wouldn’t have been possible without our venue partner, Tech25, and the hard work of Nica, Jules Malice, Pete, Zarien, Ben, Harrison, and Dave Zak.
